Conroy, Director A cum laude graduate of Princeton in Civil Engineering and a registered Professional Engineer, Mr. Conroy started his 30-year real estate career with the Carlson Corporation as president of its development subsidiary. He was responsible for office and industrial projects throughout the United States and built over 7 million square feet of first class industrial facilities. In 1982, he founded Conroy Development Corporation where he is primarily responsible for identifying new business ventures and development opportunities. Terence W. Conroy, Jr. Co-Director, President Mr. Conroy is responsible for the overall growth and strategic
planning for the company as well as the Joseph D. Lynch, Senior Vice President Having joined the firm in 1985, Mr. Lynch has coordinated over 5 million square feet of commercial real estate transactions. His main responsibilities include site selection, municipal permitting, project marketing, lease negotiation and construction oversight. Mr. Lynch received his B.A. from Duke University and his M.B.A. from Boston College. William Conroy, Senior Vice President, Project Manager Mr. Conroy is also a Registered Professional Engineer and joined the firm in 1986. He is responsible for the project management of all construction activity. He has successfully managed over 3 million square feet of industrial, office and retail space for corporate clients throughout New England. Prior to joining Conroy Development, Mr. Conroy spent 16 years with Charles T. Main Engineering as a civil engineer for major civil design and construction projects within the U.S. and abroad. Gregory B. Carey, Vice President With over 19 years of commercial, retail and residential real estate development and property management experience, Mr. Carey is responsible for land acquisitions, permitting and project management for Conroy Development projects. Prior to joining Conroy Development in 2000, Mr. Carey served as Vice President of Development for Claremont Corporation and Senior Vice President of Development for Rosen Associates. Mr. Carey received his B.A. from Assumption College. Paul F. McInnes, Construction Manager Mr. McInnes is primarily responsible for construction planning and management. The activities associated with construction planning include logistics planning, estimating and solicitation of architecture, engineering and general contracting services. In addition, Mr. McInnes monitors the cost and schedule of ongoing construction projects. Mr. McInnes has over 25 years of construction management experience and has specialized in urban high-rise construction for the past 10 years. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. Louis Cabral, Vice President, Project Development Mr. Cabral came to Conroy Development from the Massachusetts Port Authority, where he spent 10 years as the Director of Leasing and Asset Management. Along with those responsibilities, Mr. Cabral was instrumental in the site preparation for, and implementation of, the Commonwealth Flats Development Area plan in South Boston, and was a key force in activating the development of the seafood district at Massport’s Marine Terminal. Mr. Cabral is now responsible for project development at Conroy, where he actively seeks out potential development opportunities and investments. Mr. Cabral holds a BA from Rhode Island College and an MA from Providence College. |
